workplace violence through the early detection of threatening people.
Our training is specifically designed to fit each company's corporate
culture, structure, and needs. We train supervisors and managers to
detect early warning signs; defuse potentially violent behavior; plan
intervention, disciplinary and termination strategies; and establish
reporting systems which enable the referral of substantive threat
information to be passed on to management for action. We base our
training on pre-incident, incident and post-incident planning.
