Global Security Services Paramilitary Operations Group
includes both the
paramilitary operations practice and the
port security practice. The operations group is comprised
of former Navy SEALs and other Special Operations Forces. The management team includes retired senior SEAL Officers and enlisted men with
over 90 years of combined experience.
With the increasing focus on
international supply chain risk analysis and the C-TPAP certification process,
the skill sets inherent in this practice are ideally suited to conduct
comprehensive risk analysis of a company's international supply chain.
Specifically identifying possible terrorist or criminal activities in supplier
countries. While
Paramilitary Operations Practice:
Maritime Security and Rescue - Rapid response to
hostile, at-sea emergencies to include asset recovery. We also provide underway
physical security detachments to prevent hostile emergencies. GSS also has
agreements with Maritime Special Purpose Inflatables (RHIBs) suppliers across
the US.
Maritime Security Training -Instructors provide
maritime training in the following areas: Boarding parties, repel boarders,
weapons training, and hand-to-hand training for shipboard personnel. Also
provided is an offshore sailing security preparedness program.
Employee Evacuation in Hostile Environments -
Worldwide mobility of rescue and recovery teams to regain control of valuable
personnel and assets.
Asset Recovery and Protection - A dynamic
response to a terrorist/hostile act to re-acquire company assets and safeguard
for future use.
Maritime Operations Security Staffing - We
provide vetted and armed security personnel for maritime-related purposes such
as port security.

Maritime Port Security
Practice: Our Maritime/Port Security team is comprised of security
professionals with extensive experience in assessing port vulnerabilities
for facilities such as passenger, cargo, service and recreation. This
typically includes cruise terminals and vessels, petroleum terminals, pilots
and tugs, ferries and tour boats, bridges and tunnels.
